The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Group

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a colorful mix of personalities, and a thrilling plot showcasing angels, demons, and dark forces growing in power within Dol-Makjar.

Note: Spoilers for the latest installment of the new season lie ahead.

The Combat-Oriented Party Revealed

The latest chapter concluded with a huge suspense moment and presented the first table of adventurers who will separate from the main group to embark on their independent quest, distinct from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table consists of Teor Pridesire (played by Travis), Thimble (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (Whitney), Wicander Halovar (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie).

Why Split the Party?

With an extensive roster, it was clear from the start that keeping everyone at a single group would be unfeasible.

That’s why, the initial installments of the new season serve as an Overture, connecting the individual narratives before branching into three separate parties: Fighters, Strategists, and Seekers.

What Defines the Warrior Group

As described by Brennan Lee Mulligan, the warrior group is for participants who enjoy a classically intense combat and conflict-driven story mode where non-violent answers are few and far between.

At first glance, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander might appear unsuited, but the events of episode 3 show why these particular heroes are best suited for the warrior group.

Reasons to Leave

First, the team understands precisely where to proceed after a intense opening clash with the enemy group.

A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose demise started the narrative’s action—exploited The Crow Keepers for his personal gain, entering Thjazi’s hideout, attacking the character, and swiping all the powerful objects to auction.

The antagonist then settled his debts and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in the northern region, north of the city, with Cyd hot on his heels.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each member has a individual motive to exit the metropolitan area:

  • The agile hero, as Thjazi’s partner and best friend, seeks retribution.
  • The adventurer has experience in the region and warns that it is a dangerous location.
  • The warrior and The cleric, having disobeyed his family’s wishes to execute the target and instead rescued him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their status as important members in House Halovar could assist the group reach areas they usually can’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter pledged a eternal obligation to The savior for his salvation and will now follow him wherever.

Fugitives

Finally, all of them are hunted by the rulers that rule Dol-Makjar for a variety of reasons, making remaining behind no longer safe:

  • Thimble and The hero are known criminals.
  • Tyranny and Wicander betrayed House Halovar and the army of fiends they are partnered with.
  • The target is marked for death by the clan.

This results in them few options but to head to the remote area in quest for the antagonist.

What’s Next?

From episode three’s Cooldown, we learn that the warrior group will not appear the following episode, leaving the other eight participants to form the Questers and Strategists groups.

Fans can look forward to discovering which adventurers will be where in the story’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on the upcoming Thursday.
